Refund policy

  1. At Rihem Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed on rihem-couture.com.

  2. Right of Withdrawal
    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product(s), without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be present.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, personal hygiene products, or customized items cannot be returned.

4. Return Process for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • If you refuse the package at the door, no payment is required.
  • If you already accepted the package and later want to return it, you must contact us first. We will arrange the return with our delivery partner.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.
  • Since payment was made in cash on delivery, refunds will be made by bank transfer or any other method agreed with you.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
