We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings.

3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm the order.

4. Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the order. Please prepare the exact amount.

5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email or SMS/WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Algeria.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on your wilaya.
  • You must be available to receive the package. If the delivery attempt fails, a second attempt may be made or the order may be returned to us.

7. Refusal of Package
You may refuse the package at the time of delivery. In this case, no payment is due. Repeated refusals may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Rihem Couture and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company, force majeure, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies.
